I am talking about 12th March '06 when South Africa literally raped Australia. Even if u saldom watch cricket this was the match not be missed. To start with Aus made 434 (btw this was an ODI). Ponting made a great knock, he scored century something. I saw Australian score and changed the channel (No way in my dream I could have thought of lame South Africa even managing to reach half the target) But as said in cricket the result is not decided until last ball is bowled. When I saw SA's score after 25 overs in news I seriously felt that they can do it and from then on I didnt even miss a single ball. The whole match was a highlight in itself. Match was swaying between SA and Aus ball by ball. Gibbs played inning of his life. (Gibbs performing under such circumstances made Tendulkar look like a dumb cricketer. He cud have performed in the world cup finals, when his team needed him the most but he didnt. Sometimes I wonder Tendulkar, is he even that great?) and when the cake was ready icing was down by Boucher (what a temperament he has got, hats off to him). Its the most humiliating defeat ever. Aussies should go and hang themselves and SA you made ppl believe that any target is achievable. Hail SA.

Formula one also began on 12th and finally ferrari is back :-) ..Yes!!. Their cars look superb. They could have finished first on podium but shitty Alonso. They goofed with Massa's car in pits otherwise he could have gained some points :-( . What a race for Kimi. Fucker started from the last in the grid and finished 3rd. He has got balls man! . I think this years Grand Prix will be more interesting than last years (with tyre changing coming in, this will give edge to ferrari) and ferrari will be top contender for driver's and constructor's (I am not saying this bcoz I am ferrari fan :D, they do have quality drivers and their cars are really good :) ).

Yes yes yessssssssssssss!

Yes...finally I got my new cell after one and half month of efforts :) . Yeah efforts..this gizmo was out of stock in Mumbai for about a month. I went out 4-5 times in search of it but always came back with nothing. Even if I managed to get one, ppl were selling it above mrp. So I waited and finally managed to get hold of one in Indore. This nokia cell has got amazing graphics and looks. Above all it has slide open feature which I desperately wanted (Remember that last scene in Matrix when Neo was chased down by agents and he snatches one cell frm a pedestrian. It was slide open cell). It has regular features like mp3, 2 MP cam, half GB mem, bluetooth blah blah blah...btw I am talking about 6270.

And they sucked. Bloody Real cudnt even manage to put one ball in. Hail! Casillas and Lehmann amazing keeping by both of them. Real Madrid, useless all star team good for nothing.

WTF

I am sitting here having battle with fever, though its not clear yet who will win the war. But I'll ensure a hell of a fight to fever. Its kinda weird. Couple of days ago I thought I didnt fell sick since quite a long time. And today I had sore throat, weakness, sweat, cold and lil fever. Taking every possible step to counter attack (I took 100gms of glucose in one shot) and I know tomorrow will be ok :) . I shud better take my ass to TV room. Music is all over...

I am trying to compile a collection of 500 greatest songs (rock n roll) of all time rated by rolling stones, a popular magazine. This task is tedious...searching songs on lan, copying on comp, renaming it. Shesshh. But seriously when I listen to them, they are amazing and worth the effort. Mostly from the era of 60s-80s...these songs made me believe the rock music which is flowing today is close to crap!. The songs of 60s-80s have raw feeling with them. No modern equipment used, no special effects added, no modern instruments used. When you listen to a song its important how you feel when its been played. One song can take you flying in the sky while another can make you say "shit". These songs are mesmerising because of great vocals, great guitar, great drums. You can actually get every beat played at drums, notes played by various guitars. These songs made me believe most of the band today like RATM, Linkin Park, Creed, Greenday, Limp Bizkit, write, sing, play bullshit. They just create noise..thats it! Some good bands still prevails but in gereral overall quality is not at all good. We need something pure to clean the shit which has been spread. To end with 2-3 years back I couldnt stand beatles. I used to say "what the fuck I want more energy in the songs". But now I love quite a large number of songs done by them. I think 60s-80s bands had originality and variety, each band differed from another thats not the case today. As its said The beatles were turning point in the rock n roll history. May be its time for another beatles to change the face of rock music in the future.
