The magic of scarlet!

Yes! its first victory for Ferrari this season, that too at their home circuit. Schumi gave Ferrari fans all the reason to smile :-) ...What a classic race it was. Starting from the pole position, Schumi set some of the fastest laps during the initial stage of race. Then came the pit stops. After first pit Schumi was 11 secs ahead of Alonso but Alonso somehow managed to close in the gap lap after lap (Schumi had some problems with his car). They battled through 0.3 sec difference for a long time when Alonso took his 2nd pit stop. Soon after Alonso, Schumi also went for pits and this time he just came out ahead of Alonso (Remember first race of season, Bahrain Grand Prix, where Alonso came ahead of Schumi after pits :-) ) .And then Schumi maintained 0.3 sec lead :-) for 20 laps until in the last remaining laps Alonso made some mistake and gap widened to 2 secs. Finally Schumi crossed the chequered flag with high spirits. Great racing by both Schumi and Alonso, they both drove like World Champions. Hats off to Schumi for driving car which had handling and braking problems. He surely showed his true class today.

Highlights:
--- Second Ferrari with Massa also managed to secure 5 valuable points. In the end great race for Ferrari.
--- Honda once again goofed up after securing 2nd and 3rd pole positions. Sloppy practices in pits where they delayed Barrichello by 4 secs and blunder done to Button which forced him to 7th position when he could have easily climbed the podium.
--- Not much of overtaking in this race. Yeah! it was kinda difficult circuit.
